Following the death of Trayvon Martin, George Floyd, and so many others, the movement has grown after inspiration hit the global community of those who realise these implications. The results of the efforts of the #BLM community and their supporters is unprecedented and catalyzed something far more beyond just a mere internet trend or act of defiance: it’s a message that’s hitting the higher-ups and creating structural change in the system that most argue to be long overdue.
